In-house workshops
Communication workshops for teams, designed around the problem you actually have.
Half-day and one-day sessions, built with you around the situation your team is facing, so the day works on the problem you actually have and people leave with something they can use the next morning.

Why bespoke
Designed around what your team needs to change
Teams don't come to us for a behavioral model. They come because they want two functions working well together again, or trust back after a restructure, or a conversation a manager has been putting off finally handled well.
When a session is designed around your situation, the model becomes a way of getting somewhere, and people feel that within the first twenty minutes. They engage because the day is about their work.
So we start with what is actually happening. The behavioral work is the same rigorous model either way; what changes is that the day is built around your situation, your examples and the outcome you need from it.
What we're most often asked for
In-house team workshops, built around the situations teams bring us
These are the situations that bring people here, and what changes when a session is built around them. If yours is not on the list, we can design around it too.
Conflict that keeps coming back
The same argument keeps returning in a different form. Naming the behavioral difference underneath it gives people a way to settle it, rather than another round of the same.
Trust after a difficult period
After a restructure, a change of leadership or a project that went badly, the work restarts before the candor does. The session gives people a shared, safe way to be open with each other again.
Communication breaking down between teams
Two groups who each find the other hard to work with, usually because their pace and directness differ. Once that is named, each side knows how to get through to the other.
Difficult conversations managers avoid
Managers leave with a way to give feedback that lands, shaped to the person in front of them. Our most requested session, and the one with the most immediate effect.
A team that cannot reach a decision
Capable people, plenty of discussion, too few decisions. Seeing how the team's styles combine usually shows why, and what will get decisions made and kept.
A team under sustained pressure
Under pressure, everyone falls back on their default behavior. The session helps people spot that in themselves and each other, and keep adapting even when time is short.
How it works
Four steps, and the first one is a conversation
Tell us what is happening
A conversation rather than a brief: what the situation is, who is in it, what has already been tried, and what you would like to be different afterward.
We design it with you
Half-day or full-day, built around your situation and your examples. You see the design before it runs and shape it with us, because you know your organization best.
Everyone completes an assessment first
People arrive holding their own report, so the day starts from real data about the people in the room rather than from a model on a slide.
We deliver, and it carries on
FlowConnect comes with the reports, so people have guidance in the moments that matter after the day, not only during it. That is what keeps the change going in the weeks that follow.
Where a day leads
A day starts the change. FlowConnect keeps it going.
A well-designed day shifts how a team talks to each other. With FlowConnect alongside, people keep using what they learned in the moments that matter, long after the session ends.
Most people start with a day, and it is the right place to start. It shows you how well the model works for your people before you commit to anything larger. When you want change you can measure across a year, the twelve-month programs build on the day, with a baseline, regular measurement and the same instrument underneath.
And if your teams want sessions three or four times a year, it is usually cheaper and considerably faster to certify your own L&D or HR team. Then the next team that needs a session gets a calendar invite rather than a purchase order.
