Where the market stopped
Everyone recognizes themselves. Then nothing happens.
DISC has been used at work since the 1920s, and it has lasted because it is genuinely useful: four styles, plain language, something people can talk about without it becoming personal.
Since then, the market has become very good at one thing: describing people. Reports became longer, better designed and easier to read. But the model stayed the same. Take the assessment, read the report, run a workshop, done.
Anyone who has run one knows what happens next. The session goes well and the language sticks for a few weeks. Then everyone goes back to how they worked before. The report was not wrong. It just stopped at description.

Two people with the same DISC style can work very differently, because one notices how they are coming across and adjusts, and the other does not. That is Emotional Intelligence. Discflow measures both in one assessment and writes one report from the two together, so the advice fits the person, not just the style.
