FlowConnect
DISC coaching for the conversation you are about to have.
FlowConnect gives each person practical advice for the conversation in front of them — written for their own profile, ready before they ask, and there on the platform the moment they need it. When the written advice runs out, they can ask Flo, an AI coach.
Something to say in the next ten minutes.
The gap
Knowing your style doesn't tell you what to say
Usually the report gets read once, the language sticks for a couple of weeks, and then everyone goes back to behaving the way they always did. Not because the profile was wrong, but because nothing was there at the moment it would have helped.
That moment is what FlowConnect is for.
The short answer to what a behavioral coaching platform is: a library you can talk to.
Every behavioral assessment tells someone who they are. Very few tell them what to do about it on a Tuesday morning, twenty minutes before a conversation they've been dreading.

See it work
The same moment, written twice
Once for the person reading it. Once for the person on the other side of it. Prepare for your half of the conversation, and for theirs.
Interaction lens
Moment: Giving Feedback
Feedback can land very differently from how it is intended, especially when pace, tone, or expectations are misaligned.
Sam Taylor (You)
Likely default
You frame feedback in an encouraging way. You lead with belief in the person, position the issue as part of a wider picture of progress, and bring genuine warmth to a conversation that could otherwise feel weightier than it needs to be.
Watch for
Skipping the specifics. The encouragement can carry the whole conversation, and the actual behavior you wanted to address can end up referenced rather than named. The other person walks away feeling good, but without a clear picture of what to do differently.
One shift to try
Anchor your message in one concrete example, so the encouragement sits on solid ground rather than floating above it. A specific instance makes the feedback impossible to mistake for general reassurance and gives the other person something real to work with.
Noah Clark
Likely default
They give detailed and reasoned feedback. The conversation is well-structured, supported by evidence, and built around a clear logical argument for why something needs to change. They expect the case to do the persuading.
Watch for
Overloading the conversation with information. The thoroughness that makes the argument complete can also make it hard to follow, and the other person can lose focus on the central point because too much supporting material is competing for their attention.
One shift to try
They focus on one improvement at a time, so the conversation does its work cleanly rather than ambitiously. A single, well-evidenced point lands more deeply than several points sharing the same airtime. The depth they bring is wasted if it can't be absorbed.
Every response has the same three parts, so people learn the pattern and start using it without being prompted. "One shift to try" is the part that does the work — one change, small enough to actually make, in the next conversation rather than in general.
Every line of that was written, reviewed and checked long before anyone asked for it. The same is true for every profile the assessment produces.
Where people use it
Built for the moments that matter.
Each one gives the same three lines, twenty minutes before you walk in: your likely default, what to watch for, and one shift to try — written for your profile and for theirs, whatever those turn out to be.
Giving feedback
Making it land the way you meant it
Receiving feedback
Hearing it without bracing against it
Handling disagreement
Keeping it about the work
Decisions under pressure
Moving fast without missing what matters
Competing priorities
Staying clear when everything is urgent
Difficult conversations
Staying calm and on purpose
The rest of it
Four more ways in, one language throughout
All of it is written in the same language, so what someone learns about themselves is the language they use to read a colleague, a team or a moment. Nothing has to be translated between one part of FlowConnect and the next.
- Personal insights — how you tend to operate across the situations work actually throws at you, and where that helps or costs you.
- 1:1 simulations — 264 written interaction patterns covering where two styles match, where they mismatch, and what each side can do about it.
- Team dynamics — how a team is composed. Where pace, directness and structure cluster and where they spread, and where that tends to show up when the team decides or disagrees.
- My Journal — four short questions straight after the conversation. Private, and they build a record worth looking back over.
Beyond the written guidance
Ask Flo when the written guidance runs out
The written guidance covers the situations people meet most often. Real working life produces the rest — a colleague who doesn't fit the pattern, a meeting with unusual stakes, a question that only occurs to someone at 9pm the night before.
Flo draws on the person's own profile and the same written guidance, so what it says is consistent with what they have already read rather than a second opinion pulled from somewhere else. Someone can start from a written moment and keep asking until they have what they need.
Flo is an AI coach working from a person's own profile. It is not a therapist, and it does not make decisions about anyone.
Included
Included as standard
FlowConnect comes with Portrait 2.0, Core 2.0, Leader 2.0 and Sales 2.0 at no extra cost. No separate license, no platform subscription, no upgrade to reach it.
It is part of the report rather than an add-on, and it is not an introductory offer that changes later.
Data
Stored in the EU. Never used to train models.
Assessment responses, reports and account data are stored in the EU. FlowConnect is built on Azure OpenAI, and customer data is not used to train models. Because most of the guidance is written in advance, the conversation layer is answering from a profile and a library rather than reasoning about someone from scratch.
